This Complaint Form is used to file a complaint relating to the National Healthcare Certification Organization’s policies and procedures. This may include issues regarding authorization to test, recertification policies, candidate handbook information, and other publications.
Please review the following guidelines before submitting a complaint:
- Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident
- Ensure complaints are not regarding items addressed under the Disciplinary Policy
- Complaints cannot be appealed once addressed
Candidates will receive a response via email within 30 days of submitting a Complaint Form. The resolution and final decision is not appealable.
